At the core of Terra Momo's culinary philosophy is a deep appreciation for a “taste of place.” We believe that food should speak eloquently of its provenance - its soil, its climate and the people who nurture it. At Albarino, that provenance is the Mediterranean and the vibrant flavor profiles, traditional dishes and preparation methods the coastal region conjures. So while we look to the Mediterranean as our source of inspiration, we look closer to home to source the best ingredients. Wherever possible, we hold ourselves to the mantra of eating locally and drinking globally.
